What is up people? I hope everyone is well.

Hello everyone,

I hope your Easter was a great time with family and friends. It is imperative for me to realize how special that day is and the importance of it all.

All is well in the racing for recovery camp. The production guys for our tv show are busy putting together a promotional reel before we begin full on movement. I will be back in Los Angeles next week to work with them and finalize other busines along with seeing Bon Jovi and the LA Kings.

I along with members of our Racing for Recovery Lifestyle Center did a speaking engagement today at a local Rotary. I love the chance to introduce our amazing program to new people and do it as often as possible. I was not compensated for this but will be for my Kent State speaking gig on April 8 and also the appearances in Boston and Fremont, Ohio. I still do not know why I even mention how I am being paid but I guess that is for certain local people who just do "get" what I and this program are doing. Who has to inform others how much money they make along with who and when they are being paid lol. Oh well hope that clears any negative thoughts out there.

I want to make special attention to the guys who are living in our lifestyle center (Aaron, Chris, Kevin (from NY) and Fast Eddie (fron NJ) along with with Chris and Orlando who are closely associated to the guys how impressed I am with all the effort you are putting into training for our half ironman this June 8. In addition to the physical activeity you are heavily involved with volunteering, support groups and spirituality groups to improve yourselves in a holistic manner. Keep going mate you all are awesome.

Our 4th triathlon is approaching June 21 in Monroe, MI along with our triathlon in Idaho on June 21. Both are USAT sanctioned (and yes they are paid for) and are available for registration at www.racingforrecoveryevents.com. Come on out and support our worthy program by participating, volunteering or sponsoring.

We have our brand new hooded sweatshirts in as many have you have requested. Colors are red, black, navy, white, gold and pink for the ladies. All are embroidered with the Racing for Recovery logo and slogan "with sobriety anything is possible" and are only $35.00 each. We have black fleece jackets for $45.00 along with our whicking shirts for $20.00. You can order on the webiste or email us at racing4recovery.com with quesitons.

The mentoring program for kids on Long Island continues to make a positive impact and I want to thank Kathy, Ryan along with all the volunteers who are making this all possible.

I leave in 2 weeks for Ironman China then it is off to St. Croix for a half ironman. Training is going well and I want to thank the folks who operate the St. Croix event for placing our Racing for Recovery fliers in the participants race bags. We are all about marketing to share this message.

How does all of the above actually happen? Pretty simple stop using alcohol and other substances and life gets better?

Be good to yourselves and each other.

TC
